Many apartment buildings in Estonia were built during the Soviet period. The thermal insulation of such buildings is often poor, resulting in high heating costs for the residents. The reconstruction of apartment buildings will help improve the residents’ living conditions.

- Reconstructed apartment building.
- Number of households (apartments) with an improved weighted energy consumption.
- Reconstructed housing stock.
- Reconstruction ensures a longer lifetime of the building.
