A theme park in the theme of the popular film and book character Lotte that offers an attractive opportunity to spend free time both to children and their parents.

Results of Project

• The following objects have been completed and the following activities have been carried out: Site work, incl. customer parking lot, Lotte’s house, Pig house, Bruno’s house, Rabbit house, Oscar’s shed, Giovanni’s house, Watermill, stone bridge, wooden bridge, beach house, observation tower, entrance building, station building, shelters for strollers (15 pcs.), stairs, stadium shed, garbage shed, shop terraces, modules, kiosks.
• The following assets have been purchased: expositions and attractions, wooden design furniture for residential buildings, parasols and umbrellas, advertising signs, costumes and masks, furniture and accessories for employee rooms in the theme park, outdoor furniture and outdoor inventory of the theme park, household appliances and electronic equipment of Lotte Village in the houses, toys and sports equipment in the theme park, metal furniture in employee rooms, security system for cash registers, cash register systems, sound equipment for Giovanni’s theatre, lighting equipment for Lotte Village theatre and concert area, media solution for Bruno’s house, landscaping supplies for maintaining the outdoor territory, furniture for the beach area, purchasing and installing the parking system.
